I can't make a mod menu for the game, but I can provide a way of editing the stats. Ctrl+Shift+I (to open inspect elements), go to console copy and paste this SugarCube.State.active.variables expand the results and bam, you can edit the stas you want. I tested it out on a few twine games and it worked like magic.
I am new to this stuff, what do you mean by expand the results?
after you enter the command this will appear just left click and it will expand the results
