HELP! We Wretched Creatures

Apparently, to be able to read Chapter 9, we need to enter a code.
Though, after finishing Chapter 8, I don't see anything that prompts me to do that?
Does anyone know the solution? I tried code-diving, but I don't know what I should be looking for.
Any help is welcome! Thanks

Does it work properly for you? 'Cuz this happened:

There's no 'NEXT' button or anything.
I've also looked into the code- is it normal for the game to cut off at Page 631?
