Is God real? If so, why does they allowed so many bad **** to happen? Isn't they like, omnipresent or something? Why don't they just make something better? Also, does our destiny is already created from the start? If so, do we actually have choices/free will if Everything is already predetermined?

It depends on the religion or the beliefs.
To some there are many gods or no gods at all. Or to others their gods are not infallible. Sometimes they're more of a presence rather than a fully cognitive being. Like the embodiment of nature. Nature isn't cruel but it isn't kind either, there's a balance. Which is a recurring theme in most religions.
