I keep getting this same error code when i pay for the story in choice of game, I rebuilt the app with in-app purchases using Lucky Patcher

Are you the Choice of Games app or a specific game app? Lucky Patcher only works on specific-games apps. Ex: Fallen Hero Rebirth app, but doesn't on the HG app

Indeed, LP has trouble with games that run off server side logic like the omnibus app.

choice of games app, i believe even on specific stories it does the same. you also have to pay for the stories on google play which i try to patch but you have to root the device to do so

It's supposed to work with specific games on Google Play but not with the CoG and HoG apps because they're server-sided, like sevaroq explained
