Changing 50/50 stats

Hi all does anyone know how to alter the 50/50 stats using console on Chrome dev tools? I can mod everything else just nothing I try is working for the 50/50 stats.

The 50/50 stat is actually just one stat, find the variables in startup.txt that got their value set to 50, that is usually the 50/50 stat, and change it.
