joiplay should fix this and if you are still having trouble then launch the game in your browser using mix file manager or any other file manager which will let you run html file in browser with images.
Did you try changing the extension into .apk? Worked for me

Sorry if I'm being dumb but I didn't think it worked with APK files? If I try to add it joiplay doesn't see the file.
you need to extract the apk file and open assets folder, inside that folder there should be an index.html file, open hat file in joiplay.
I figured out that you have to convert the APK to a ZIP to extract it, and then joiplay will see the index file. You should be able to just change the file extension to convert it, then use something like the RAR app to extract it to a folder that joiplay can see. Hope that helps!
