Hmm is your phone have enough memory?? Because that is one of the causes why you can't install it...or your phone is not compatible with the APK....(」ﾟﾛﾟ)｣

Your browser's local storage is full. Delete some data in local storage and try again

That....was most certainly the wrong apk and you need to go into settings then apps and search for it to uninstall. Sounds like you clicked the wrong link or an ad served you malware
