I don't think you can have multiple specializations at once, the only thing you do is change it when you want a different one for whatever check
You can look at the scene file here and look for specialization to see what the internal names for all them are.

hey! when i download the apk it ends after the first saving point (joining the shepherds) i previously played on dashingdon w/ a password so i know there's more content, but do you happen to know if i did something wrong for it not to load? thanks in advance

it depends when did you last played in dashingdon, as this mod was updated in Jan with the latest version available that time, so if you are missing out some extra scenes then maybe author removed them later or added different and new choices to get there. or you just don't remember.
