I don't see an option for MOD Menu.

Ditto on this, I'm playing through it right now and there's no option for the mod menu. Low-key kind of weird since TLH 1 & 2 had them and they worked flawlessly. It's not that big a deal for me since all my stats are basically 100 but just an FYI for anyone else who are more conservative with their modifying.
