can you send screenshot of that page where the money is not working ? because it can be scripted event if it's in the beginning of the game or it's simply impossible to get too much money during that scene without mods.

Why do I keep losing mid-terms even when I have high approval rating, funded 50mil in donations of the party fund??

Does anyone know how I can choose to be the attorney general of my state? I've been trying different things but it's still greyed out
 
I think charisma and people and approval rating not working because i set it to 80 and i still lose election

Re-election depends upon on a lot of factors, including high public approval rating, charisma, media approval, relations with the big business, the midterm results, the strength of the opposition party's candidate, as well as a good election strategy. When I mean good election strategy, I mean picking Sam to take charge of your campaign efforts, achieving the best results in both the National Convention and presidential debate, as well as spending big bucks in both campaigning and meddling in the opposition party's primaries.
