Hard Warden is available to me. I met all the requirements but am still unable to join.

you need thundercat to tell you that she talked to the other spirts and that they agreed you can now join a clan

For Achievements Error: Pull to refresh the game and click on Ok (it's located on South East of Error window) then cancel 2nd popup, after that save your game and click on restart to restart the game after that open achievements option to make sure it's working properly then load from your latest save.

Short Explanation on fix = Save, Restart then Load.(Work for Play Again Bug too.)

For those wondering Hartwardens are currently glitched and their choice to appear doesn't show at all. This was apparently fixed in the patch

the game is full of bugs, it seems even with the latest patch there are still many bugs, so I'm gonna wait few more days before updating my mods. till then enjoy other mods. UwU
