At the very least I did so on pc through the browser console, nothing fancy, just standard stats.(variable)=(new value), although you can change the variable perk_num to 0 to give you space for three more perks and when you are done you can set flaw_num=3 to not have to take any flaw. In android I just use an app I found that doesn't work too well, I will try out this Kiwi browser that you are talking about.

yeah, kiwi doesn't work for me but Firefox does. also the stats change doesn't work because the first letter is a Capital, and apparently ZE Stronghold is not good. I'd prefer Deadbury academy over it
